Our process is a 2-step approach starting with an assessment & prioritization, followed by roadmapping & coaching.

Assessment & Prioritization
We leverage 2 different assessment tools from INCIT, the International Centre for Industrial Transformation. For Digital Transformation, we use the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI), a data-driven tool to help you understand your current state and your competitive posture in your industry. We will then use your unique business environment (costs, KPIs, time horizon) with the assessment to determine the areas of focus. For Sustainability Transformation, we use the Consumer Sustainability Industry Readiness Index (COSIRI), a data-driven tool to help you understand your current state and competitive posture in your industry. We then use your unique business environment (GHG emissions, business strategy alignment) to determine areas of focus.
Roadmapping & Advising
Once you know where to focus, the next step is putting together a plan. The roadmapping service will help you identify the specific projects, partners, and plans that you need to be successful. And the advising is ongoing support throughout the year to help keep you and the team on track towards your goals.

What is SIRI?
Managed by the International Centre for Industrial Transformation (INCIT), the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) was created in partnership with a network of leading technology companies, consultancy firms, and industry and academic experts. SIRI comprises a suite of frameworks and tools to help manufacturers – regardless of size and industry – start, scale, and sustain their manufacturing transformation journeys. SIRI covers the three core elements of Industry 4.0: Process, Technology, and People. SIRI was developed by the Singapore Economic Development Board (EBD) starting in 2017, with the Prioritization Matrix launched in 2019.

SIRI is built on the RAMI (Reference Architecture Model Industrie 4.0) framework published in Germany in 2015, but shifts the focus from an IT-centric architecture view to a manufacturing centric view across the entire enterprise.

What is COSIRI?

COSIRI comprises a suite of frameworks and tools to help manufacturers – regardless of size and industry – start, scale, and sustain their Sustainability transformation journeys. COSIRI covers 4 key levers of Sustainability: Sustainable Operations; Sustainable Procurement; Sustainable Supply Chain; Circular Product Development; and Clean Technologies. These are supported by 3 key enablers: Sustainable Strategy; Climate Risk Management; and Organization & Governance.
